• Have minimum 3-6 years of formal Project Management/PMO experience ideally within a software/technology based industry.

• Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision.

• Schedule appointments, co-ordinate meetings, prepare agenda’s, prepare & circulate memos, take minutes and ensure follow-ups are conducted.

• Proven experience in running C-level administration offices and managing operations support with Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in C-Level as an Executive Assistant & Project Coordination roles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email scheduling tools.
• A degree in Business, Administration or HR field is desirable.

• Subject matter expert with 4-5 years of experience in database technologies, methodologies, data modelling & architecture, best practice data management, and enterprise-scale data warehousing.
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant Information Technology discipline and / or extensive demonstrated experience.
• Qualifications and / or considerable demonstrated experience in the disciplines of Service Management (ITIL) and Project Management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Expertise in the alignment and translation of organisational business strategy into Information Technology strategy.
• Strong system design skills combined with proven delivery of emerging technology in the areas of Post Modern ERP, Mobility, Customer Engagement and Management.
• Experience with managing the technical infrastructure (e.g. cloud vendor resources).
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role as Data Architect and turning business use cases and requirements to technical solutions.
• Experience in business processing mapping of data and analytics solutions.
• Ability to conduct data profiling, cataloguing, and mapping for technical design and construction of technical data flows.
• Mastery of .NET C# and T-SQL with the familiarity of U-SQL is required.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL DW, and Azure SQL, Azure App Service is required.
• Azure IoT, Azure HDInsight + Spark, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Databricks, Azure Stream Analytics is a plus.
• Knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience preparing data for use in Azure Machine Learning and/or Azure Databricks.
• Demonstrated experience preparing data and building data pipelines for AI Use Cases (text, voice, image, etc.).
• Designing and building Data Pipelines using streams of IOT data.
• Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Quality tools and processes.
• Knowledge of Dev-Ops processes (including CI/CD) and Infrastructure as code fundamentals.
• Working experience with Visual Studio, PowerShell Scripting, and ARM templates.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.

• At least 3-5 years’ experience as a data engineer within the data and analytics domain.
• Experience in a delivery role on Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Big Data or analytics projects.
• Experience with related/complementary open source software platforms and languages (e.g. Java, Linux, SQL, Apache, Perl/Python/PHP, Scala, Kafka etc,).
• Knowledge and experience of delivering CI/CD and DevOps capabilities in a data environment.
• Experience with DevOps principles and tools, including Agile enterprise developments environments, continuous integration/ delivery tools such as Azure DevOps or other similar industry tools.
• Experience of implementing and delivering data solutions and pipelines on Azure / AWS or GCP cloud platforms.
• Degree in computer sciences, maths or engineering or equivalent experience.
• Oracle ETL Toolset experience is desirable.

• A degree in a relevant field (i.e. Data Science, statistical analysis, mathematics, machine learning/AI, computer science, etc.).
• 3+ years of related industry experience in the data science domain.
• Experience in development and undertaking statistical analysis, modelling and testing, such as Bayesian, regression and linear optimisation models (ideally 3+ Years).
• Experience with experimental frameworks and developing machine learning models in business applications (e.g., deep learning and graph applications).
• Experience in developing machine learning and data science solutions using techniques and technologies, such as: Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning, and Classification.
• Proficiency in data science relevant programming languages (i.e. Python, R, Scala).
• Proficiency in data-related technologies (e.g. Hadoop, Pig, Hive, Impala, SQL, Teradata, Oracle, SAS etc.).
• Experience in SaaS and operationalising ML applications and workflows.
• Experience with Cloud Computing.
• Experience in MLOps delivery of Machine Learning based solutions using commercial cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to explain or translate complex models and findings to business stakeholders in simple terms.

• 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst and a passion for an agile way of working.
• Demonstrated high level experience in areas such as telecommunications services; digital transition, implementation and rollout of major ICT programmes, cyber security; data analysis and migration, or Systems integration.
• Demonstrated excellence in Business Analysis, including process development and mapping, stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering.
• Excellence in oral and written communication, demonstrating the ability to communicate confidently and for a wide audience (including technical, business and executive audiences).
• Excellent time management with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Relevant technical skills and experience including application support, testing and basic architecture/infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience in facilitating workshops, presenting at showcases, leading customer and servicing journey walkthroughs and quality reviews with stakeholders.
• Tertiary Qualification in relevant field is desirable.

• Ability to work with complex data structures.
• At least 3-5 years of experience applying advanced analytics, database development and data visualisation to complex issues.
• Strong understanding of Data Visualisation with tools like Excel, SAS, SQL, R, Python, Alteryx, PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau.
• Mathematical and logical thinking with an understanding of business processes.
• Qualification in mathematics, statistics, business intelligence, engineering or similar.
• Working within an agile delivery environment including SCRUM, KANBAN and Story mapping.
• Excellence in oral and written communication, demonstrating the ability to communicate confidently and for a wide audience (including technical, business and executive audiences).

• Minimum 3 Years’ demonstrable experience supporting public cloud services within AWS or Azure.
• Experience with Citrix and DevOps.
• Experience in migration of on-premise systems to cloud.
• Expert experience providing Infrastructure support including diagnosis, troubleshooting and problem resolution across hardware and software for a large distributed organisation.
• Technical expertise, experience and knowledge across the following areas: Servers, Storage, Security, Cloud technologies, Operating systems, Virtualization, Network, Telecommunications.
• Experience in deploying, administering, and maintaining Enterprise grade security solutions.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments and associated services. Good understanding of Enterprise Architecture concepts, industry standards and best practices.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts in business terms.
